Case Study 1

Large household retailer with over 126 stores across Europe faced the unique problem of wanting to create an easy to use and highly visible queue management system for their customers whilst not wanting to compromise on valuable retail space.

Working closely with the Tensator Group design engineers and account managers the retailer was able to come up with a unique In-Q merchandising system which achieved their goals by
  1. Communicating cashier locations
  2. Visually guiding customers to line point of entrance
  3. Create a visual stunning merchandising system to maximize sales
  4. Promote, inform and sell to their captive in line audience using graphical media in various forms, from LCD screens to interchangeable static display systems
Adding the Lawrence eQ call forward system to their queue management system also allowed the retailer to track store service performance and analysis customer waiting times ultimately leading the retailer to improve store performance in these areas.
