We currently have an Administrative Assistant position open in our New York office. We are seeking an experienced, quick learner to perform various clerical duties in our fast paced environment. They must possess basic PC skills including Word and Excel, be able to type 75-80 WPM.

Key Tasks- Order Entry – Entering new orders into system
- Saving – Saving of all new order acknowledgements as well as invoices when needed
- Faxing/Emailing – faxing or emailing order acknowledgements to customers
- Retrieving documents off of our fax server. This includes naming and saving
- Scanning coded orders into our fax storage file
- Daily invoicing functions. This includes matching invoices to shop orders, researching invoices in the system when necessary, and preparing invoices for mailing

REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Design Engineer Full Time – Competitive Salary + Benefits
We currently have a Design Engineer position open in our New York office – the role is to assist the Engineering department in the fulfillment of all engineering tasks and projects, including but not limited to: design, production, value and quality engineering along with providing assistance to the Hospitality Estimator by provision of CAD floor layouts and other support as required.

Key Tasks
- Develop and manage own sales pipeline as well as assisting other BDM's in sales of these products
