Joined the company in 2007. He is responsible for all chief financial and chief operational officer functions at the company. Michael has over 25 years of corporate executive experience in all aspects of organizational activities. He has broad experience with financial management, strategic planning, inventory management, and production management. Prior to joining LMP he worked at Tory Burch LLC as Chief Financial Officer. He has also worked as a CFO and COO at Barry Kieselstein Enterprises, Inc. Prior to this he held senior positions at CMI Consulting & Management International, MCM North America and Matushita Electronics Corporation of America. He has a BS in Accounting from CW Post University.

An accomplished management professional with 30 years experience in managing business unit P&L and strategy consulting. As Commercial Director of Tensator in the UK Richard held responsibility for new product development, product and market strategy and line management of the design engineering function. Since joining Lawrence Richard has overseen the integration of the organization into the Tensator Group. This has involved managing significant cultural change as Lawrence has been transformed from a mature family owned manufacturing operation to a dynamic, design and innovation oriented business. Prior working experience includes, Frank Lynn & Associates (strategic marketing consultancy specializing in channel strategy) – Senior Consultant, London, England, tesa Division, Beiersdorf UK Ltd (adhesive tapes) – Head of Marketing, Alida Packaging Ltd (flexible packaging) – Marketing Manager, Nottingham, England. He has a Master of Business Administration, Henley Management College, UK.

Joined Tensator in 2001 as a business development manager. He was promoted to UK Sales Director with responsibility for driving growth of the UK market. He relocated to the US in FY 2006 to spearhead market development efforts. His responsibilities include increasing share, volume and profitability and ROI within all sectors. He is deeply involved in cultivating solution business in the US. As part of this, he takes the lead in devising comprehensive business development plans and implementing market category management strategies.

Joined the Tensator Group in 2002, since then Keith has played a significant role in expanding and modernizing the business information systems throughout the group. Having been involved in the setup of all Tensator Group global offices, Keith is now based at Lawrence Metal Products in North America. One of the most notable projects Keith has spearheaded has been the successful introduction of e-business strategies and online marketing throughout the group, the launch of new e-commerce Lawrence website in 2007 being the latest , the website featuring a industry first product configurator with over 10,000 product combinations. Keith is also a key member in developing the Tensator Groups Technology based products.

With 27 years of dedicated service to Lawrence Metal Products in varying capacities, Pedro Rivera leads the Manufacturing Department.  Pedro brings an extensive hands-on knowledge and leadership skills to fulfill a variety of responsibilities associated with production process.  In 2006, Pedro was promoted to VP of Manufacturing to further promote and manage the growth and expansion of factory operations and ensure LMP delivers the highest quality products.

As Manager of Sales and Customer Service, Elaine Watson manages one of the busiest departments within Lawrence. Successfully managing thousands of inbound calls per month, Elaine uses her 18 years of experience in customer service at LMP to ensure orders are processed correctly on time – every time. Elaine is also responsible for managing quotation requests, general inquiries and customer needs on a day-to-day basis.

Joined the company in 2006 as the Accounting Manager.  Lori is responsible for the day to day operations of the accounting department, ensuring the data integrity of information that flows through to the general ledger,  preparing financial statements, managing cash flows, and working with various departments within the organization to provide necessary information accurately and on a timely basis. Prior to joining the company she worked as the Financial Systems Manager for Weston Foods, the parent company for Entenmann's Bakery. Lori has over 20 years experience in accounting and brings her extensive PeopleSoft knowledge to her position. She has a BS in Accounting from SUNY at Old Westbury and has successfully completed the CPA exam. While at Lawrence she has worked on improving the accounting processes, troubleshooting and resolving data processing issues, assisted in the upgrade of PeopleSoft to 9.0 and managed the reporting requirements for the company's changing needs.

With over 16 years experience within the distribution and manufacturing companies, Simon was recruited by Lawrence in 2007 to establish a Channel Management Program. With his strong background in driving sales and increasing revenues, Simon was promoted to National Sales Manager where his responsibilities include creating and implementing distribution strategies and managing the sales and customer service team . Prior to joining Lawrence, Simon held senior sales positions within corporations in Europe and North America focused upon the management of Distribution & Training Programs.
